Pan Fish Filet

This Pan Fish Filet has a 6" long, razor sharp flat ground blade, hand made from AEB-L Stainless steel and is about .115" thick. This filet is the new signature full tang model and has a nice flex to it.  The handle is brown trout scales from Emily's Casting Crafts.  OAL is about 10.5" Comes in a black belt sheath.
