Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY:

All domestic shipping will be shipped VIA USPS priority or first class mail with no marked commodity by default. ALL shipments are sent without insurance unless otherwise requested ( additional fees may apply ) Rocco Handmade LLC and its employees assumes no liability for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once the shipping label is processed.

If you would like to add insurance, have expedited shipping, or request a different carrier, these special requests must be noted at time of purchase/order.

 

 

All international shipping will be shipped VIA USPS, UPS, or FEDex with commodity of "cutlery" "camp tool" or "open air tool" for the full value of your shipment. You may request us to ship with your preferred shipment company and commodity at time of order/checkout.  Any further requested such as signature for delivery, expedited shipping, or something else, these requests must be made at time of order/checkout.  Once shipment and label is processed and in transit Rocco Handmade LLC and its employees assumes no liability for any packages lost, stolen, damaged, or intercepted/seized by your local government or ours.
