Black River

This Black River has a 4.75 " long, razor sharp hollow ground blade, hand made from 5160 spring steel and is about .209" thick. This Black River is a full tang model prototype I am working on producing. The Blade is matte black finished.  The handle is true touch Black g10. This material is alternating layers of rubber and black g10 which gives a nice grip to the handle. Handles are attached with brass corby bolts and include a brass lined thong hole. OAL is about 9.75" Comes in a black belt sheath with matte black hardware.  I tested this specific knife before blacking out the blade and putting on a final edge with chopping multiple pieces of dried hardwoods, I am pleased with the toughness and how well the edge held up. This is number 1 of hopefully many more to come.
